REFUND POLICY
- SaBas Apparel only offers store credit. Items that meet all of the below requirements are subject to approval for store credit.

All merchandise must be returned in its original NEW condition and must have the following when returned:

Original hanging tags and stickers attached
- Manufacture labels and packaging
- Sellable condition
- Any merchandise that has been altered, manipulated, used, stretched, stained, torn, damaged, or modified to its appearance or usage will be subjected to an automatic denial for store credit.
- We cannot cancel any orders made, we can only offer store credit.
- All online merchandise must be returned within the 7 day return window from the date received.
- Approved returned items that were received as a gifts will be given store credit for the original purchase value.
COVID-19 and Shipping
Due to the impact of COVID-19, please expect shipping delays at this time.
Shipping Policy
- SaBas Apparel does not hold responsibility for late, delayed, or damaged packages. Once your package has been shipped, it is no longer in our care.
- To ensure that your order will be delivered and shipped within the time frame, please be sure your address is fully entered and correct.
- Orders can be received 3-4 business days after the order has shipped, not from when it was placed. Please keep in mind that after payment is authorized, it can still take a day to process your order. This is an estimated processing time and does not include delays, weekends, or holidays.
- you will receive a tracking number to your email.
- If your Tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you never received it(lost/stolen), please take this matter to the United States Postal Service. SaBas Apparel does not hold responsibility for packages stating delivered. Shipping fees and orders are non-refundable.
